Environment
We are committed to identifying how and reducing our environmental footprint. As part of this, we choose partners who share our sustainability values. That’s why we choose to work with Alinta Energy. They are an energy provider recognised for strong Environmental, Social and Governance policies and actions. Alinta reports that they are transitioning towards cleaner energy, investing in renewable sources, and taking real steps to reduce carbon emissions. Their efforts support a more sustainable future and this align with our goals to reduce our environmental impact across our parts of the Health Predictions group operations.
Internally, we have reduced waste by operating a fully paperless environment, energy efficiency by a safe reduction in usage, and practice responsible procurement of supplies by supporting partners with sustainable practices. We also practice recycling and donation of supplies that we can no longer use to alternative community programs that can; veterinarian services, for example. Our policies include operating procedures that include continual reviews and identify new practices and opportunities to further our environmental objectives ensuring that long-term sustainability is entrenched in our business.
Social Responsibility
We’re proud to support Diabetes Australia, a national organisation making a real difference in the lives of Australians living with or at risk of diabetes. Through our insurance medical services programs, we are more aware of the impact of diabetes in often significantly poorer health outcomes. Through our corporate giving (lump sum donation) and our employee donation matching, we can increase our impact. Every pre-tax staff contribution to Diabetes Australia is matched by our business which doubles the difference we can make together and brings the Health Predictions community together with this goal.
In addition to this, many of our team regularly participate in community initiatives such as charity events and volunteering efforts. We encourage our employees to engage with causes they care about and support them do so.

Strong governance is very important to the management team at Health Predictions and underlines everything we do. Our operating policies ensure demonstration of clear transparency, accountability, and ethical decision making processes. Our governance standards include data privacy, compliance, and responsible business conduct and practices which has created a culture of trust and integrity within our teams.

Health Predictions Pharma supports pharmaceutical clinical trials and subjects by providing in-home nursing support leading to increased subject enrolment, participation and retention; which is key to successful outcomes.
